A complex rose made with estate grown Cabernet Franc grapes.  The delicate notes of white peach and cherry blossom give way to ripe strawberries, rhubarb, minerality, and acrisp acidity.  Served provacativly with smoked salmon, turkey, sharp cheeses, or a friend with benefits.
