Forbidden Fruit Winery Covid 19 Safety Plan
Tasting Room
In accordance with the Provincial orders of May 19, 2020 and required by
the Ministry of Health and Worksafe BC, to ensure the safety of our staff
and guests, we have implemented the following procedures:
*To ensure the required 2 meters distancing between customers,
maximum tasting room occupancy will be limited to no more than 6
people total, 2 groups of 3 at a time.
*Plexiglass partitions and floor markings have been placed to ensure
proper physical distancing
*Enhanced sanitation and cleaning of all areas including bars, washroom,
doors, and payment machine.
*Multiple hand sanitation stations placed at entrance, exit, and
throughout the tasting room.
* Washroom will be sanitized after each use. Hand sanitizing station and
sanitizing wipes will be located in washroom along with cleaning signs.
*Disposable tasting cups will be used for tasting
Garbage receptacles are placed at each bar
*Payment by Tap or Debit is encouraged
Payment device will be sanitized after each transaction.
*If you feel or are sick, we ask the you do not enter the premises
* Be kind and calm to those around you
* Be patient with our staff as we are getting use to the new normal

Picnic Area
*Picnic capacity will be limited to 3 groups of no more than 6 per group
to ensure proper physical distancing.
*Hand sanitation stations will be located in the picnic area.
*Disposable tasting cups will be used in picnic area and garbage
containers placed at entrance to picnic area and cleaned daily
*Tables and chairs will be sanitized daily.

When Visiting Forbidden Fruit Winery we ask the following:
*Observe the Maximum Occupancy numbers and wait to be called up to
the bar.
*Sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving
* Maintain required 2 meter distancing with others than your own party
*Observe washroom signage
*Please do not handle any items unless you are purchasing them
*Place personal items on the floor, not the bar or tables
* Dispose of all tasting cups in garbage
*If you feel or are sick, we ask that you do not enter the premises
* Be kind and calm with those around you
* Be patient with our staff as we are getting use to the new normal
