A pinnacle blend made from 100% organic Similkameen/Okanagan Tannat and Malbec grapes. Deep, dark inky colours give way to smooth tannins and robust aromas, displaying a palate of ripe black currant, black cherry, and cassis with undertones of leather and pipe tobacco.   Pairs well with grilled red meats, game, and grilled spring vegtables.
