This wine is the perfect blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Gruner Veltliner.  Complex notes of melon, grapefruit, passionfruit, green apple,lemon grass minerality.  Delicate, crisp, and clean, the wine has a ripe soft fruit, lemon, grapefruit, melon, green apple with a hint of floral and spicy finish.  The wine is food friendly and pairs well with a mix of food favourites like seafood, stirfries, creamy dishes, poultry, tossed pastas, cheeses and summer patios.
