Earth Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Rich in garnet colour, this wine is handcrafted from Similkameen and Okanagan Valley organic Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has wonderful aromas of blackberry, plum, allspice, mocha scented oak and pepper. Medium bodied, the wine has a rich mouth feel of raspberry, bell pepper, plum, and a lingering cassis finish. Perfect wine to accompany lamb with rosemary and garlic, venison, ripe soft cheeses, bold pastas, and BBQ steak and Prime Rib.
