This wine is made from 100% certified organic Similkameen/Okanagan Cabernet Franc grapes.  Dark and bold, with notes of raspberries, herbs, violets, vanilla, pepper, licorice, and sweet complex cedar.  Be sure to seize the moment by pairing this wine with a feast of chicken, trukey, duck, veal, lamb, and eggplant/zucchini or pepper dishes.
