Earth Series Merlot 2019
Bright in garnet colour, this wine is handcrafted from organic Similkameen and Okanagan Valley Merlot.  This wine has fresh aromas of cherries, plums, vanilla and chocolate, with a soft floral hint. The palate is rich with blackberry, cherry, mocha spice and a smooth lingering cassis finish.  Pairs well with red meats, tuna, poultry, duck and soft cheeses and chocolate.
