A white wine made from 100% organic Okanagan and Similkameen Riesling. This wine has
aromas of blossoms, soft & citrus fruit. The palate is rich with notes of orange, white peach, lemon and grapefruit. Pair with white fish, honeyed ham, spicy dishes, and soft cheeses. Serve chilled.
