A perfect union between the Sauvignon Blanc and Vidal grape varietals, all organically grown. Crisp, elegant, with aromas and flavours of luscious pineapple, apricot and fall apples. The clean, smooth finish lingers on the palate, leaving a refreshing acidity noted with tropical fruit.
