Pearsuasion Dry Pear
An off dry white wine made from organic Asian & Euro pears. Aged briefly in French oak, this wine has aromas & flavours of ripe melting pear, citrus, vanilla with a hint of smokiness and dry, buttery finish. Great with fresh salads, seafood, coconut milk curry, cheese fondue and platters. Wonderful with blue cheese & goat cheese. Serve slightly chilled.
